Yesterday the sides of the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh, with the mediation of Russia, reached an agreement on a ceasefire from 15:00, April 2nd, however, Armenia used additional forces and attempted to recapture the territories liberated by Azerbaijan, thus violating the agreement, the Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan reported.
The attack by the Armenian troops failed. Thus they have lost 10 tanks and a substantial number of troops.
The Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan stated that the Armenian side continues intense attacks on civilian targets. In this regard, the Minister of Defense, Zakir Hasanov, has ordered the Azerbaijani Armed Forces to deliver a crushing blow to the Armenian position, in case they do not stop.
