Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov will pay an official visit to Israel, where he will take part in the opening ceremony of the Azerbaijani embassy in Israel.
The decision to open an embassy in Israel was made in last November by the Azerbaijani parliament. The countries have maintained diplomatic relations since 1992.
It should be noted that at present Israel continues to expand cooperation with the countries of the Arab East. In particular, Israel signed documents ensuring the normalization of relations with the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain, and then with Sudan and Morocco.
