The strategic partnership agreement between Azerbaijan and the European Union will not be signed before the Eastern Partnership summit, which is to take place in Brussels in November, Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Mahmud Mammadguliyev said.
“The talks have just begun. The agreement is of immense importance, with each article it has. So I don’t think we could finish the talks by November. Time is not the issue. We just want to make sure that the cooperation document is high quality,” APA cited Mammadguliyev as saying.
