Following the one-on-one meeting, Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev and his Iranian counterpart Hassan Rouhani met in an expanded format with participation of delegations, Trend reports.
Before leaving to Azerbaijan Hassan Rouhani said that over the past years, Iran has improved relations with brotherly Azerbaijan in politics, economy and trade.
Iranian President also said that Iran, Azerbaijan and Russia will, in particular, discuss the project of 'North-South' transport corridor, which will connect northern Europe to South-East Asia.
