The Ministry of Taxes of Azerbaijan has no objections to the possible abolition of VAT on imported medicines.
"The State Customs Committee is responsible for this issue. However, I can say that it is quite possible, and the state budget won't suffer significantly. We are able to cover losses with the help of other sources,'' the Deputy Minister of Taxes Sahib Mammadov said.
