Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has received a delegation led by EU Commissioner for the European Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Johannes Hahn, the Azerbaijani government's press service said.
"During the conversation, they touched upon the issues of simplifying the visa regime between Azerbaijan and the EU, as well as energy, transport cooperation and regional issues," RIA Novosti cited the press service as saying.
Ilham Aliyev and Johannes Hahn noted they had good prospects for cooperation in these areas.
