Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order establishing the Baku Engineering University.
Baku Engineering University, which will function under the Ministry of Education, will prepare engineers on all levels of higher education, execute programmes of higher and additional education in this sphere, and conduct fundamental and applied science researches, AzerTAc reports.
According to the order, the Cabinet of Ministers must draft the statute of Baku Engineering University within two months and submit the document to the President.
