Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov and Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu are holding a one-on-one meeting in Baku.
The sides are expected to discuss the relations between the two countries, as well as regional issues, the Azerbaijani foreign ministry said.
The meeting will then continue in an expanded format with the participation of delegation members.
