Azerbaijani and Turkish war helicopters conduct joint drills

Mi-35, Mi-17, Cougar AS532 and Sikorski UH-60 military helicopters of the air forces of Azerbaijan and Turkey are continuing flights as part of joint tactical drills dubbed ‘TurAz Qartali 2015’.

The flights are being conducted to check the capabilities of mutual actions and coordination in planning and holding joint operations of the two countries’ air forces, to examine the state of the flight zones, the airfield runways, the air navigation, and the reserve airfields, Trend reports.
