The Azerbaijani Armed Forces has launched the military technology transfer to the winter operation mode. The corresponding order was given by the Minister of Defense of Azerbaijan, a Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov.
"To ensure the smooth and stable operation of weapons and military equipment in the winter time, all military units in a centralized manner have been provided protective and operating lubricants and fuels, other necessary parts and equipment,’’ the report reads
