Azerbaijani freestyle wrestlers become European champions

The Azerbaijani freestyle wrestling team became the first at the European U-20 Championship, held in Novi Sad, Serbia.

Having won one gold, four silver and one bronze medals, our team scored 132 points and once again became the European champion in the team competition.

Türkiye took second place (125 points), Georgia took third (99 points).
