Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has congratulated his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin on the Day of Russia (marked on June 12). He reminded that Russia was modernizing, developing and has achieved great socio-economic success, APA reports.
In his letter, Aliyev reminded that Azerbaijan and Russia were bound by many centuries of friendship. He assured that the strategic partnership of the two countries will continue its development.
The Azerbaijani leader wished Putin good health and success. He wished the Russian people peace and prosperity.
