Azerbaijani servicemen will take part in open naval drills to be held from July 13 to August 9 in Istanbul.
In addition, representatives of the Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan will take part in special courses, which will be held on July 13-17 in the German city of Oberammergau, Interfax-Azerbaijan reports.
