A 3.1 magnitude earthquake hit Azerbaijan’s Masalli district on Thursday, according to the Republican Seismic Survey Center of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.
The quake, depth of 8 km, was recorded at 05:36 local time 26 km north-west of Lankaran.
