The beginning of work on laying a cable under the Kerch Strait, in order to ensure a supply of electricity to Crimea and Sevastopol, has been postponed to a later date due to bad weather conditions, the Minister of Fuel and Energy of Crimea Sergey Yegorov said.
"The beginning of the work has been postponed. We are waiting for an improvement of weather conditions,’’ RIA Novosti cites him as saying.
