An earthquake struck the Caspian Sea on Saturday morning, the Azerbaijani Republican Seismic Survey Center reported.
The quake was recorded at 9:02 (GMT+4), registering a magnitude of 3.1 and occurring at a depth of 67 km beneath the seabed.
On May 30, a 3.1 magnitude earthquake occurred in the Caspian Sea at the depth of 33 km.
