In Baku the last finals in badminton have finished. In the men's individual championship Pablo Abia from Spain defeated Emil Holst from Denmark 2-0. A gold medal was won by the Danish sportswoman Lina Kyarsfeldt, who defeated Lin Dan from Belgium 2-1.
In the mixed doubles, Niklas Nord and Sara Thygesen from Denmark defeated Audrey Fontaine and Gaetan Mittelhayssera from France 2-0, ascending the first step of the podium.
