German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock during a press conference after a meeting with Sergey Lavrov said that Germany is ready to hold a dialogue with Russia on mutual security steps.
"Russia demanded security guarantees, and this was once again emphasized. We are ready to conduct a serious dialogue on mutual agreements and steps that will strengthen our common European security. They will strengthen the security of people in Riga, Bucharest, Berlin and St. Petersburg", RIA Novosti quotes her words.
At the press conference, she also noted that a negotiating process was needed to save the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, as time was running out, she said.
