SU TFR in Kabardino-Balkaria has completed the investigation of the case of the inhabitants of Baksan convicted in the illegal purchase, possession and carrying of weapons and explosives, the financing of armed formations not envisaged by the federal law and the complicity of participation in a similar formation.
According to the RIA ‘Kabardino-Balkaria’, in May 2013 a perpetrator received from a terrorist 46 rounds, the RGD-5 fragmentation hand grenade and the UZRGM-2 fuse, which he then hid in Dugulubgei.
