Baku headed the list, earning its place of honor among the cities thanks to its beaches, unique beauty and mixture of cultures.
Georgia’s Black Sea resort city Batumi also entered this list.
Forbes Russia suggested that Batumi was an attractive place to visit because it had an enjoyable beach as well as a vast, rich history, Agenda.ge writes.
