The grand opening of the Children's Book Festival has taken place in Baku today.
The opening has occurred on the International Children's Book Day, which is celebrated on April 2.
The festival in Baku brought together not only readers of different ages, but also the book market participants - writers, publishers, artists, popularizers of science, editors, book distributors, librarians, teachers, critics, translators and journalists.
Meetings with authors of children's books, as well as the opportunity to participate in various quests await visitors. Admission is free.
