Russian President Vladimir Putin signed the Executive Order to appoint Alexander Beglov as Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Northwestern Federal District.
Beglov was released from his current post of Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to Central Federal District.
Alexander Beglov was born on May 19, 1956 in Baku. On May 23, 2012 he was appointed Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to CFD.
