Ban Ki-moon to visit Baku and Yerevan despite escalation of conflict, source says

The UN Secretary General, Ban Ki-moon, is going to visit Azerbaijan and Armenia at the end of April, despite the escalation of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, the source at the UN headquarters said.
