Barcelona commemorates victims of terrorist attack

In a show of solidarity after the attacks, Thousands of people poured into the streets of Barcelona today to lay flowers and hold a minute’s silence. 

After the silence, the crowd applauded and chanted: “We are not afraid," Politico reported.

Spain’s King Felipe VI, Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy and Catalan President Carles Puigdemont attended the ceremony, which is part of three days of national mourning.
