Barclays: Central Bank of Russia may lower its key rate at the next meeting

The Central Bank of Russia may lower its key rate at the next meeting, which is to take place on Friday, March 18th, Barclays Bank analysts assume.

"The current conditions may be enough for reduction. Inflation is declining and it has already dropped to the level of about 7% per annum last week,'' they noted.
