Saudi Arabia is considering the option, under which the Syrian president will leave his post "by force", the head of country's Foreign Ministry Adel al-Dzhubeyr stated.
Bashar Assad, "no doubt, in any case, will leave his post – he will either resign or be deposed by force."
"We insist on a settlement of Syrian crisis through political means, but if the situation reaches deadlock, it is only due to the fault of the "obstinate" regime of Assad and his allies. In this case, there will be no other options but a military solution to the problem," al-Dzhubeyr explained, RIA Novosti reported.
