About 76% of terrorist crimes recorded in Russia last year, took place the North Caucasus, the head of the IC Alexander Bastrykin said.
"The most difficult situation is in the North Caucasus Federal District – 1168 crimes, or 75.9% (+ 32.3%, 883 crimes in 2014),’’ he said in the article, published in Kommersant-Vlast.
