Batumi Police release city from snow captivity

The streets of the seaside city of Batumi have been cleared of snow thanks to the efforts of more than 100 police officers, who did it on the instructions of Interior Minister Giorgi Mgebrishvili. A corresponding message was posted on the site of the service.

"Roads and sidewalks for pedestrians were cleared of snow," Sputnik-Georgia cites the head of the Adjarian branch of the department of protection of strategic facilities, Zurab Kakhadze, as saying.
