Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov spoke at an event in the Ministry's building dedicated to September 27 - the Day of Remembrance.
He noted that, despite the efforts of Azerbaijan to normalize relations between Baku and Yerevan, the Armenian side regularly committed provocations.
Bayramov also added that the provocation committed by Armenia on September 12-14 damages the process of normalization and efforts to ensure peace in the region.
