The Beeline brand (owned by the Veon group of companies) launched the Tashkent-Samarkand hyper-speed digital channel in Uzbekistan, the press service of the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications of Uzbekistan reports.
Mobile data between the two cities will be able to be transmitted via this channel at a speed of 600 Gbps, Sputnik Uzbekistan reports.
The symbolic launch of the channel took place within the framework of the meeting between Minister Sherzod Shermatov and Veon CEO Kaan Terzioğlu.
