A IL-76 plane sent by the Belarusian Ministry of Emergency Situations delivered 45 tons of humanitarian aid to Syria, arriving at Russia's Hmeymim airbase in Latakia.
Ealier, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed an executive order, which stated that Belarus will provide humanitarian aid to Syria and Iraq (Iraqi Kurdistan), BelTA writes.
