Yazmyrat Seryaev has been appointed Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Kingdom of Norway in accordance with Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov's decree.
In accordance with the decree, Seryaev will continue to remain in the post of Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Trend reports.
