Turkmenistan's President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov sent deep condolences to president of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in relation with terrorist attack in Kayseri, which caused numerous human casualties and injuries, turkmenistan.gov reports.
“Strongly condemning all acts of terrorism and extremism, Turkmenistan fully supports the efforts of the world society in counteract to this evilness and its complete eradication,” the message says.
