Bill on 'collectors' approved by Russian government

The Russian government has approved a bill on 'collectors' ("On protection of the rights and legitimate interests of individuals in the implementation of activities for Debt Recovery").

Recall that the bill was submitted to the Duma by its Chairman Sergey Naryshkin and Federation Council Speaker Valentina Matviyenko. If the law on 'collectors' is accepted, a debtor has the right to refuse to speak with creditor or a person who represents their interests, RBC reports.
