Turkey is no less safe than the US or European countries, the Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yıldırım said at the World Tourism Forum in Istanbul.
“There is no safe country in the tourism industry in any part of the world today.Terrorist attacks take place even in central Europe," RIA Novosti cited him as saying.
Turkey is as safe as the US, Istanbul is as safe as Paris. Ankara is as safe as Bosnia and Herzegovina. Izmir is as safe as Baku," Yıldırım explained, adding that the authorities are doing everything possible so that the tourists could come to Turkey and safely enjoy all its riches.
