US Secretary of State Antony Blinken assessed the meeting between the Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia Jeyhun Bayramov and Ararat Mirzoyan.
"Jeyhun Bayramov and Ararat Mirzoyan took a positive step by meeting in Tbilisi", he wrote.
He also stressed that direct dialogue is the most reliable way to resolve differences between states.
