Investigators have put forward two key versions of the causes of the crash in Rostov-on-Don, the official representative of the Southern Investigative Department on transport of the Investigative Committee of Russia Oksana Kovrizhnaya said.
"Currently we are considering two main versions of the causes of the plane crash in Rostov-on-Don: piloting error due to worsening weather conditions, or technical malfunction," Interfax quoted her as saying.
