Kurds do have the right and they should be among the participants of inter-Syrian negotiations, which is to take place in Geneva,the Russian president's special representative for the Middle East and African countries, Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov said.
"Certainly, Kurds should be involved in the negotiation process. Kurdish representatives participated in Moscow and Cairo meetings,’’ Tass cites him as saying.
