The CSTO Secretary General, Nikolay Bordyuzha, in connection with the escalation of the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh, held telephone talks with the heads of thhe Foreign Ministry and the Defense Ministry of Armenia, Edward Nalbandian and Seyran Ohanyan, the press secretary of the organization, Vladimir Zainetdinov, informed.
"Today a new telephone conversation of the Secretary General of the CSTO with the heads of the Foreign Ministry and the Ministry of Defence of Armenia took place, during which they discussed the dynamics of the development of the situation in the conflict zone," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
Zainetdinov assured that the CSTO secretariat closely monitors the situation in the conflict zone, and receives all the necessary detailed information from the Armenian side.
