Gazprom has filled both strings of the Turkish Stream gas pipeline with gas, the company said in a statement.
It was also noted that Gazprom is finishing pre-commissioning operations before the launch of the Turkish Stream gas pipeline, scheduled for the end of 2019. "Both strings of the pipeline have been filled with gas from onshore facilities in Anapa to a receiving terminal in the settlement of Kiyikoy on the Turkish coast," PRIME cited the statement a saying.
"Russia’s Russkaya compressor facility and the landfall segment are ready for exploitation. Simultaneously, pre-commissioning works at the receiving terminal in Turkey are being finalized," the statement reads.
