A record of the largest boxing drill in Russia was included in the Guinness Book of Records, an official spokesperson for the Book said during the event on Red Square dedicated to the Day of Russian Boxing.
"Today we broke the record of the most massive boxing training. It is a great honor for me to hand this certificate," she said.
The event was held today in the framework of the Boxing Day. The mass drill was led by two-time Olympic champions, Oleg Saitov and Alexey Tishchenko, TASS reports.
Impressive three thousand people took part in the training on Red Square. Similar sporting events were held in several cities of Russia.
