The cost of the August futures of Brent crude oil on London's ICE trading have declined by 3.3% to $48.95 per barrel.
As of 13:31, the dollar increased by 0.37 rubles and was worth 56.75 rubles on the Moscow stock exchange.
The euro gained 0.45 rubles and reached 63.67 rubles, TASS reported.
