Futures for the North Sea Brent blend with the delivery in February has exceeded $38 a barrel.
Futures price for Brent reached $38.08 during trading in London's ICE at 19.25 MSK.
At the same time futures for WTI traded at the price of $38.10 a barrel in electronic trading of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX), Gazeta.ru reports.
