The price of North Sea Brent oil fell below the 50 dollars per barrel mark for the first time since August 18.
As of 8:45 MSK, October futures for Brent crude oil dropped by 1.67%, reaching $50.03. The September futures for WTI oil dropped by 1.51%, to $48.37, RIA Novosti reports.
