Brussels extends highest level of anti-terrorism readiness

The maximum level of anti-terrorism preparedness has been extended in the Belgian capital to Monday. The metro and schools remain closed.  

‘‘The terrorist threat on the kingdom’s territory remains at the highest, third level,’’ Tass cites Prime Minister of Belgium Charles Michel after an emergency cabinet meeting.
