Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov spoke about the work on preparation of the state budget for 2017.
"We will deal with it a little later. It will be complex, much more complex than this year," he stated.
According to Siluanov, the budget deficit in 2016, under the condition that the average price of oil will amount to $40 per barrel, will be 3.3% of GDP.
