Bulgarian Foreign Minister Daniel Mitov has denied information about negotiations with Russia on the issue of the resumption of the implementation of the South Stream gas pipeline project.
"I guarantee that this issue has not been discussed by any of my colleagues. To put it mildly, this information is controversial,'' Gazeta.ru reports.
