Bulgaria can serve as a gateway for Iranian products to European states, the president of the Iranian Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture, Mohsen Jalalpour, said in a meeting with the Bulgarian Ambassador to Tehran, Christo Polendakov.
They discussed areas for cooperation in agriculture, tourism, transportation and production of petrochemical products.
"Under the current economic situation, the atmosphere is ready for development of ties and cooperation between the two countries' private sectors," RIA Novosti cited Jalalpur Jattan as saying.
