‘‘Initiation of an investigation into charges of plotting a coup on the basis of the materials published on the Internet shows the helplessness and incompetence of the Georgian authorities,’’ the leader of the opposition party Democratic Movement-United Georgia Nino Burjanadze said.
As Vestnik Kavkaza previously reported, the initiation of the investigation into charges of preparing a coup d'etat in the country became known on Saturday. One of the alleged organizers of it may be Mikheil Saakashvili.
