A bus exploded on Halabyan Street at 9:51 local time, leaving two dead and eight injured, news.am reported.
According to Armenia’s Emergecy Situations Ministry, first respondents, emergency crews and two fire engines rushed to the scene.
The explosion occurred on the 63rd line of the municipal bus route. The injured have been transported to Armenia Medical Center for treatment.
